How to run Quick Support:

Double click on the TTSQS.exe icon on your desktop and select run. The program will start and your TTS consultant will ask you for the ID number, This will allow them to connect to your computer. Both  you and the consultant will then be able to see your desktop and run your computer. You can end the session at any time by clicking on the “Cancel” button.

TTS Quick Support Security:

Quick Support includes full encryption, based on RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding.

In addition to the ID Quick Support generates a session password that changes with every start of the software to ensure added prevention of unauthorized access to a remote system.Security relevant functions like file transfer require additional, manual confirmation of the remote partner. It is not possible to control the computer invisibly. For data protection reasons the person sitting on the remote computer has to be able to detect when someone is accessing the machine.
