The department Homeland security has several resources including a publication called Every Business Should have a Plan and a website with additional materials.

Don’t forget to actually test the plans you put in place. Make sure the plan actually works by restoring data that you have safely copied off of your computer. Test that individuals understand the plan and are able to properly implement their responsibilities.
